10 x 10 work out

Dumbbell military press

12.5kg per arm x 10 reps x 8 sets
12.5kg per arm x 12 reps x 2 sets

Arnold press

10kg per arm x 10reps of 5 
7.5kg per arm x 15 reps of 2
10kg per arm x 10reps of 3

Front shoulder raise(weight stack)

15kg x 10 reps x 10sets

Side lateral dumbbell raise

7.5kg x 10reps x 9 sets

Barbell straight lateral raise


10kg per side x 10 reps x 10sets


End off with.. Rear military press (machine)

10kg per side x 10reps x 3sets


Did I mentioned that I did insanity workout pure cardio max on sunday after the back?!?!

Go try it! Damn demanding for the legs especially! If you got weak legs go for it!

Will attempt to do it once a week!
